Strictly Come Dancing star Oti Mabuse is pregnant with her second child.
The 35-year-old South African professional dancer announced on Instagram on Thursday that she was expecting a new addition to the family, sharing a series of sweet photos of herself showing off her new derriere with husband Marius Lepure and their two-year-old daughter.
In an accompanying caption, Oti wrote: ‘Possible plot twist… We thought we had our hands full anyway, but life had even bigger plans.
‘Baby No. 2 is joining the dance party and our hearts (and homes) are about to get even fuller.’
The couple’s two-year-old daughter, who was born six months prematurely, had a traumatic birth and developed sepsis.
Oti and choreographer Marius, who married in 2014, have never publicly revealed their daughter’s name.
Despite admitting she suffered after giving birth, when asked if she wanted more children, Oti had previously said: ‘I want as many as I can afford. What I experienced shocked me but made me stronger.

‘This industry has its ups and downs but I love this industry and I do it all for my baby and my husband. I am the breadwinner and I take care of my family.”
In 2024, Oti described the trauma of giving birth and the pain of seeing her daughter so ill: ‘You hug but then the baby is taken away from you.
‘And then the next time you see them, they’re in a poorly wired box under blue light.
‘I remember crying because I couldn’t get the wheelchair near his bed. It was emotionally exhausting. I couldn’t hold him for about a week.
‘I’m not traumatized right now. That’s all I knew. Even in the moments when you’re weak, even when you feel like, “Oh my God, I’m getting confused.”
‘Do what you need to do to be a good mother, to be strong for your daughter and to be there for her, to change her, to nurture her and to have skin-to-skin contact.’
Oti’s happy news comes after her sister Motsi revealed she was “very hurt” after her secret vows for their anniversary were rejected.

In 2024, Oti detailed the trauma of giving birth and the pain of seeing her daughter so ill when she contracted sepsis.
The Loose Women panelist joined Janet Street-Porter, Judi Love and Charlene White on the ITV show on Tuesday and the discussion turned to getting married in secret.
Echoing speculation that Tom Holland and Zendaya tied the knot in a secret ceremony, Charlene, 45, asked her co-stars if they would mind missing a secret family wedding.
And Oti was quick to open up about her experience with sister Strictly Come Dancing judge Motsi, 44, who renewed her vows in 2023.
Motsi didn’t tell her family about the romantic renewal in the Maldives until after it happened, and shared a series of photos with Oti.
The professional dancer said: ‘Honestly, I’m so close with my family, we talk all the time. If I’m not looking for one of the brothers, I’m looking for the other.’
