Case Filed against Krishnalanka CI over Saikrishna’s Custodial Disappearance

Hyderabad: The Vijayawada police have registered a criminal case against Krishnalanka Circle Inspector Nagaraju in connection with the mysterious disappearance of Gade Saikrishna while in police custody.

Based on the complaint filed by Saikrishna’s mother, Vijaya Lakshmi, the police registered a case against the Inspector under relevant Sections of the BNS. The police department suspended the Investigator in connection with the missing case.

The state government appointed Rajamahendravaram Superintendent of Police Narasimha Kishore to investigate Saikrishna’s missing case. He is likely to meet Director General of Police Harish Kumar Gupta and Vijayawada Police Commissioner Rajasekhara Babu before starting his investigation.
