Jon Rahm drops gigantic F-bomb after missing a birdie putt in disastrous round at the US Open
Golf is arguably the most frustrating sport on the planet, even for people making millions.
Case in point: Jon Rahm unplugs a massive F-bomb after missing his birdie putt at the U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club.
Rahm, the 2021 US Open champion, made a solid start to his tournament on Thursday, finishing the day 2 points clear.

Friday? I think this clip is a good summary of her day.
By the time the Spaniard reached the ninth hole, he had already missed some key putts for birdie and par, and unfortunately that trend continued.
His birdie putt missed just wide, causing Rahm to flip his putter over and then let out a hearty “Fuck you!” It made him say.
This is so sad but I love it.
This goes to show that getting angry when you miss putts that could be made is a universal part of golf.

If you just listened to the audio in that clip, you wouldn’t know if it was Jon Rahm missing at the US Open or if I missed a putt on the green.
I’ll be honest, I think I’ve said this on mini golf courses too.
It is very difficult to get it into the giant squid’s mouth with the first shot.

Unfortunately for Mr. Rahm, things got worse.
While he managed to sink the next putt for par, he holed five straight on the back nine.

Combine that with his three bogeys on the front nine and his total is 78, leaving him 6-over par for the tournament and on the wrong side of the cut line.
So a very frustrating, possibly happy week for Rahm came to an end after a completely disastrous Friday.
