Holly Willoughby’s ‘rival’ relaunch: Presenter will make her next move in DAYS and the timing is a real kick in the teeth for Cat and Ben. All the exclusive details revealed by ALISON BOSHOFF

Holly Willoughby will restart her film career ‘in a matter of days’ with a new lifestyle show that has been filming for four weeks on YouTube.
Holly, 45, held a secret on-camera rehearsal for the show last week and the company was looking for last-minute staff ahead of the launch of its new programme.
The series will be a This Morning-style lifestyle show called Together and will air as This Morning approaches the end of summer, with regular presenters Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard about to step into the mix.
The timing means Holly, who felt unfairly criticized for ‘Queuegate’ in 2022 when she and ‘bestie’ This Morning presenter Phillip Schofield jumped the line at the Queen’s lie-in in state, effectively kicked the offending show when it broke down.
In June 2023, after the scandal broke out when Schofield left the role because of an affair with a young production executive, and upon his return, he asked the audience, “First of all, are you okay?” When he asked, he felt hurt by being ridiculed.
She left the breakfast show altogether in October 2023 after a terrifying plot to kidnap her was revealed. He has since gone on to run his lifestyle business Wylde Moon and appeared in the non-renewed Netflix show Celebrity Bear Hunt.
Holly Willoughby has been teasing her Instagram followers with a post captioned: ‘I was reunited with the suit of my dreams today and my face, hair and outfit have never been more grateful.’
The series will be a lifestyle show in the style of This Morning, which Holly presented alongside Phillip Schofield before resigning following a series of scandals.
The new show is produced by Hungry Bear Media, the production company run by her husband Dan Baldwin. Hungry Bear is advertising a video editor that will begin work on ‘a new online series producing high-performing, long-form content to be placed on YouTube’. They want the candidate to start today or potentially next Monday.
The advert calls for someone to ‘edit one or two long YouTube videos per week to a high professional standard’ and says: ‘Ideally from Monday 22 June (29/06 may be a possibility for the right candidate), the initial term will be four weeks, with the potential to be extended to a one-year contract.’
Holly dropped a heavy hint to her 7.9 million Instagram followers that she had started rehearsals for the show, posting last Monday: ‘I was reunited with the team of my dreams today and my face, hair and outfit have never been more grateful.’ She tagged makeup artist Patsy O’Neill, stylist Danielle Whiteman and hairdresser Ciler Peksah in the post. He later wrote: ‘Nobody does it like the OGs. But honestly? The trip home may have won the day. My not-so-babies are expecting and that’s the only call time that really matters.’
Holly’s Instagram bio describes her as: ‘Mother, wife, sister, daughter.’ She and Baldwin have three children: Harry (17), Belle (15) and Chester (11). Earlier this year they sold their family home in London and moved to a new address.
He was fined last year after admitting careless driving when his Mini collided with a moped, injuring its driver.
Holly has filed trademark claims for a wide range of products under the title ‘Together’; This seems to indicate that, if successful, he hopes to launch a spin-off lifestyle brand.
The current Wylde Moon was released five years ago. Accounts for the year to October 2024, published this February, show net assets rose to £4,831 from £1,885 the previous year. But Wylde Moon’s debt to creditors rose to £733,485, from £583,748 the previous year.
It was stated that HMRC was among the creditors and had a liability of £67,262 in terms of Corporation Tax. This shows the company made taxable profits of around £250,000.
Wylde Moon’s focus seems to have narrowed, and there are no more monthly posts about fashion, beauty, or hair. Instead, it is mainly about prosperity and astrology. Recent posts have asked ‘If crystals were applications, what would each one do?’ It was located. and ‘What does the full moon in Leo mean to you’.
It continues to sell candles (£40 for a single-wick scented version), wax melts (£11), perfume (£42 for Holly’s ‘signature Eau de Parfum’) and reed diffusers (£45), as well as Holly’s book Reflections (‘life lessons’ in finding beauty), which comes out in 2021.
Holly’s brand, Wylde Moon, is primarily about health and astrology, but initially also featured posts related to fashion, beauty and hair.
In 2018, she was working on a lifestyle brand with Dragon’s Den star Peter Jones, but he quit and had to launch the brand without her.
In 2018, Truly with Dragon’s Den star Peter Jones was supposed to launch a lifestyle brand but backed out just a few weeks ago, after shooting a photo campaign.
At the time, Holly said: ‘Launching a brand requires complete dedication and right now, with so many other commitments, it’s not something I can do without it starting to impact on the time I spend at home with my family.’
Jones and her partner, interior designer Tara Capp, 50, continued to use the online store anyway, and it launched in 2018.
In an interview, Capp said of Willoughby’s decision: ‘I’m not going to act. It was devastating. We were extremely close. And of course, as a business, you really feel the loss of a celebrity’s face.’
Sources state that the entire business deal was made on a ‘handshake basis’.
Truly, which sells everything from cushions to clothes, is now stocked in John Lewis and Next.
Referring to the Holly disaster, a statement on the website said: ‘The journey has not always been smooth. At first, we were faced with the painful loss of one of our founding partners who would be the face of the brand. It was a devastating moment that could end everything before it even started.’
Holly continues to be represented by her own company, Roxy Management, and appears to be the company’s only client.
He was one of the highest-paid presenters on This Morning alongside Schofield, with both reportedly paid £730,000 a year.
