Meghan Markle’s As Ever brand doomed to fail unless she does one thing | Royal | News

Meghan Markle’s As Ever brand is set to launch in 2025, but a royal expert has warned the brand could be in trouble. As Ever is a lifestyle brand that sells homewares and food such as candles, jams, wine, chocolate boxes and tea. Royal biographer Ingrid Seward says Meghan’s brand may not succeed unless she repairs relations with the Royal Family.
Says Seward in New Magazine: “The business and its relationships with the Royal Family are sort of symbiotic. Its brand is built on the idea of Hollywood royalty; it’s fabulous by Hollywood standards. It’s also kind of an influencer brand, so it has to be an influencer with royal connections. That can’t happen unless he has some sort of relationship, ideally a good relationship, with the Royal Family.”
The couple lives in Montecito, California, where they raised their two children, seven-year-old Archie and five-year-old Lilibet.
Prince Harry is set to return to the UK with Meghan and their two children in July, and rumors of a reconciliation are swirling.
The visit marks the prince’s first visit to the UK in four years.
Meghan’s brand is one of the many areas the Duchess has tackled since stepping down from royal duties.
The brand’s description on the As Ever website says: “Asever is more than a brand; it is a language of love.
“Created by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, As Ever welcomes you with a collection of products, each inspired by her enduring love of cooking, entertaining and hosting with ease. This curated collection is designed to enhance your everyday life and inspire joyful moments.”
InStyle says the brand is one of Meghan’s “most successful” ventures, but International Business Times He says there are concerns about the future of the brand.
It turns out that website traffic and sales are decreasing, creating challenges for the brand.
