A man was banned from every McDonald’s in Merseyside after an incident he took a look at a 16 -year -old girl in the ladies toilets at Liverpool city center branch.

24 -year -old Tyler Rogers claimed that he had collected a “very good to go” bag when he entered the female facilities at 9.45 on Thursday, July 24th.

On July 26, he confessed to X -ray before the Liverpool Magistrate Court.

Prosecutor Adrian Evans said to the court: “McDonald’s toilets had a 16 -year -old woman. When he was in the toilet, he saw a man looking at his cabin.

“Then the man was separated. Police was called and defined by the defendant officers. At that time there was another woman in the toilet and the victim was very shaken as a result of the incident – the crimes carried out by the defendant.” He reports Liverpool Echo.

“After being arrested, he made an important statement [along the lines of] ‘I didn’t do anything wrong’.

He continued: “The action he confessed to what he did, but he also rejected any sexual satisfaction. After claiming to be guilty, sexual satisfaction must accept that he is at least one of the reasons for performing the crime.”

The court, Bootle, Stanley Road Rogers’a previously encountered x -raying charges.

In June 2023, he received a 16 -month penalty after using a secret camera to secretly record naked women in Crosby Leisure Center’s locker rooms. Following Rogers’ concerns in McDonald’s Lavatorerations, a witness heard that the victim was amazed: “I swear I swear I saw a man looking at me and exhausted.”

“I was very scared of leaving the cell, so I sat there for five minutes. Then I opened the door, ran to McDonald’s security personnel and told them what happened.”

Mr. Evans said: “The defendant is already a registered sex criminal. Although he was a registered sex criminal, he once again went out and the order of preventing sexual damage was already enacted, although he had already entered into force, he carried out a deliberate X -rayist action against a young girl.

“Unfortunately, he deliberately chose to commit more crimes, so these conditions did not prevent him from going to this public restaurant and committing this crime.

He continued: “Already did not completely ignore the current court decision, and with other actions, it was a threat and showed a real danger for young girls in the community.”

David Achilles, defense said: “Rogers told me that he was in to collect some food. He was drinking, under the influence of alcohol. He entered the wrong toilet and basically took advantage of the situation he found.

“Currently in the hostel accommodation. If immediately custody penalty, this will lose the accommodation. This will not be good for anyone, because it would be homeless.”

He begged to apply a sentence suspended with the magistrates and continued: “I do not try to minimize what he has done. I think he accepts that he is completely unacceptable. He has to learn from him.

Mark Appleton, the president of the counter, announced that the report is necessary before a sentence.

He warned Rogers: “There is a very realistic chance that you can be detained for this crime, but we will give you a chance. These are serious issues as you know.”

Rogers gave bail on the conditions that should not enter any McDonald’s restaurant in Merseyside region.

It was also banned from Liverpool City Center and it has to comply with the curfew at night.

He will return to the Magistrate Criminal Court on 27 August.
