Hotels chase execution as investors check in on launch timelines

Listed hotel companies responded by providing new signing details as well as more detailed guidance on opening schedules. IHCL, for example, is guiding for about 60 hotel openings and about 5,000 room additions per year in its 4FY26 call from a pipeline of more than 31,000 keys, while Lemon Tree has set opening years for individual hotels through FY30. Rather than simply announcing new additions to the pipeline, EIH also focused on projects nearing completion by outlining expected delivery windows.
