According to the police, the accused created the fake email ID eottdtot@gmail.com, which was very similar to the official TTD enforcement officer’s email ID eottdtpt@gmail.com.

Using this fake email ID, the accused contacted India Cares, a non-profit organization registered in Pretoria, South Africa, represented by Venkataratna Prasad Angara, for the supply of Laddu and Vada Prasadam and Kalyanam materials for the proposed Sri Venkateswara Kalyanam 2026 to be held in Johannesburg.

Nellore police solve mysterious ‘heart attack’ murder, arrest brother-in-law

Nearly a month after the death of a mandal agriculture officer, initially believed to be due to heart attack, SPSR Nellore police arrested the victim’s brother-in-law for meticulously planning the murder following a financial dispute.

This progress came after the victim’s wife, N. Lavanya, met Nellore SP Dr. on July 6. This came after she approached Ajitha Vejendla and expressed doubts about the circumstances surrounding the death of her husband Nadavati Srihari of Kotha Minagallu village in Buchireddypalem mandal.

Acting on his complaint, the SP handed over the case to Nellore Rural DSP Ghattamaneni Srinivasa Rao for thorough investigation of the case.

The police registered a case on Lavanya’s complaint and started their investigation into the mandal agriculture officer’s death on June 15. After questioning witnesses, relatives and other key individuals, investigators uncovered evidence that the heart attack was actually a homicide.

The prime accused is Kudumula Harikrishna of Ravurivari Kandriga in TP Gudur mandal. He is the brother-in-law of the victim Srihari and the son of Srihari’s sister. Harikrishna allegedly conspired with Sompalli Ravindra of Golagamudi and Buchingari Yanadayya of Ramatheertham to eliminate Srihari by injecting him with a substance that caused cardiac arrest.

Police said the reason for the murder was a financial dispute. About six months ago, Srihari reportedly gave money to Harikrishna to purchase 10 acres of land in Minagallu. However, Harikrishna allegedly spent the money on his personal vices. When Srihari repeatedly demanded the money back, Harikrishna allegedly planned the murder.

Based on the evidence collected, the police arrested Ravindra and Yanadayya and produced them in court, which put them under judicial custody. But Harikrishna escapes. Special police teams were assigned to track down and arrest the person.
