Smiles worth a thousand words: Kate and Charlotte beam at each other in heartfelt moment during Wimbledon Men’s final

It was a ‘like mother, like daughter’ situation in the Central Court Royal Lodge today as the Princess of Wales smiled at Princess Charlotte on a sunny afternoon at SW19.
Kate was dazzling in her pleated green dress, while Charlotte, dressed in blue, grinned at her mother ahead of the men’s final between Jannik Sinner and Alexander Zverev.
The duo were joined at Wimbledon by Prince William and Prince George; where Kate presented Sinner with the pineapple-topped winner’s trophy after his second Championship victory.
Kate and Charlotte looked the happiest of families, smiling in the front row of the Royal Box before the match, which the Italian won in four sets.
Actors Dustin Hoffman, Nicole Kidman, Rami Malek and Ben Stiller joined the family in the box as crowds packed Center Court to watch the 24-year-old Sinner defend the title she won last year.
Kate, who is the boss of the All England Club, previously met British wild card Arthur Fery, who ended 29-year-old Zverev’s semi-final excitement on Friday.
Fery, who celebrates his 24th birthday today, offered to play tennis with the Welsh children and received a card from Kate.
The only man of British interest after exiting the tournament was Alfie Hewitt, who lost consecutive men’s wheelchair singles finals to Japanese top seed Tokito Oda.
