Severe Flooding in Texas Leaves 2 Dead; More Floods Expected

Rescue and recovery efforts are intensifying in Texas as record flooding continues to impact the state. There are at least two known deaths and more than 200 have been rescued. Citizens are now preparing for more flooding. NBC’s Ryan Chandler reports for TODAY.
