‘I am a brand expert – this is the smartest move Harry could make’ | Royal | News

The podcast is believed to have been filmed last week during Harry’s return to the UK and as he carried out a number of tasks. While some people criticized Harry’s appearance on the podcast, particularly some of the comments he made about his grooming routine and profession, others believe they saw a more relatable side of the prince. This is something brand and culture expert Nick Ede agrees with; because he is urging Harry to make similar appearances to completely rebuild his public image.
Speaking exclusively to The Daily Express, Ede said: “In terms of Harry’s reputation, originality is his greatest asset.
“This look moves him away from being seen as just someone caught up in the royal drama and closer to being seen as a relatable husband, father and veteran with a good sense of humor.
“If he keeps making these kinds of speeches instead of focusing on past grievances, it could be one of his smartest moves to rebuild his public image.”
Harry was not accompanied by his wife Meghan Markle on the podcast, but instead was accompanied by friend and Invictus medalist JJ Chalmers.
While much of the podcast conversation was filled with jokes and humor, important topics were also discussed, including why Harry doesn’t think his hair is red.
This included conversations about the Invictus Games, including how much they helped veterans and coping mechanisms for trauma and bad days.
“If a day is tough, all I do is squeeze my kids tighter and tighter all the time,” she said on the podcast.
Harry also talked about the importance of exercise in coping with trauma.
