CCTV of girl running next to Albany Highway released after alleged Mills Street murder of Perth mum

CCTV footage has been released of a girl running alongside the Albany Highway following the alleged murder of a Perth mother.

Footage shows a girl running outside shops on the Albany Highway at 6.16am on Tuesday morning.

Police believe a teenage boy stabbed his mother to death and critically injured his 12-year-old sister at a Bentley home on Tuesday.

Officers rushed to the property in Mills Street at around 6.15am where they found a 35-year-old woman dead.

After the 12-year-old girl managed to escape from home and call the police, she was found seriously injured about 600 meters away.

Police confirmed the death is being investigated as a suspected domestic violence homicide.
