₹15,000 monthly wages, but assets worth ₹100 crore: Karnataka Lokayukta uncover massive corruption racket

The investigation claimed that he had manipulated the project records for the infrastructure works in the Koppal Region, together with the Manager Engineer ZM Chincholikar during his term of office with Kridl and Kalakappa.

Authorities claim that most of the projects are never executed, that they are not missing, or that they are implemented without approved project plans. It was reported that the two have created false use invoices and prepared to produce the signatures of senior officials to produce execution documents. It is believed that only six months ago, Kalakappa, who was removed from the service, continues to manipulate systems and processes for personal gain even after their dismissal.
