Vietnam makes first US oil purchase in 2025, sources say

Sources said on Thursday, Vietnam’s Binh son, Refinery and Petrochemical (BSR), the country’s first US oil in November 2025 in November one million barrels of US West Texas intermediate crude oil, he said.
