Teacher who sent pictures of herself in underwear to student banned from the classroom
After sending open pictures to a 15 -year -old student, a secondary school teacher was banned from the life profession.
27 -year -old Georgia Lowe, Staffordshire, Hednesford Kingsmead School, the child’s mother was discovered by the mother of inappropriate stock exchanges.
A Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA) panel heard that MS Lowe started in 2021 only months after MS Lowe started in the role of MS Lowe when MS Lowe busy late at night.

After resigning as a teacher, Mrs. Lowe was found guilty of sexual communication with a child and was sentenced to a 14 -month prison. He had to complete his rehabilitation activity and 120 -hour unpaid work for up to 20 days.
The judge also introduced a restriction order that prevented MS Lowe from contacting the student for at least five years.
The judge said in the words of punishment that Ms. Lowe’s actions were “a gross violation of confidence”: ” [the pupil] clearly follow your sexual interest in him “.
The judge said, “You have passed the inappropriate notes to him, and ultimately at the end of the period we are worried about, issues that rise to special digital communication with you, including you sending your own images to your underwear.” He said.
“The relevant aspect of your case is that after the issues emerged, you learned what was going on by her mother, you talked, and you still had a face -to -face meeting with her at the school, and finally when the investigation was started and you were suspended from work, then you communicated again and includes the images of yourself.”
Deciding Marc Cavey, on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mrs. Lowe’s behavior is “incompatible with working as a teacher”, he said.
He decided that he should not be forbidden to be taught indefinitely and should not resort to the restoration of his suitability.
