Shoreham Airshow disaster pilot blamed for the death of 11 people STILL won’t apologise 10 years after fatal crash

A pilot responsible for the death of 11 people in the Shoreham Airshow disaster refused to apologize for ten years.

60 -year -old Ref Havacı Andy Hill spent his last decade of Civil Aviation Authority, trying to regain his pilot license after canceling him.

And in August 2015, despite a forensic medical officer who accused his flight for an accident in A27 in Western Sussex, Mr. Hill refused to apologize.

A spokesman told him for him Mirror: ‘Mr. Hill does not want to make any public explanation about Shoreham’s tragic events.’

The former British Airways Captain was cleared of manslaughter in 2019 after a hearing in Old Bailey.

However, in an investigation in 2022, Senior Coroner Penelope Schofield said that Mr. Hill fell as a result of the ‘flying way’.

72 -year -old father James Graham Mallinson, Anthony Mallinson, who was killed in a disaster, called on the pilot to ‘accept’ mourning families’.

He said: ‘Hill did not allow anything to fall, and therefore there was no such time frame where you could say that there was a three -month elegance, which was our time to mourn properly.

I think he’s been completely interested in him in ten years since then. It would be nice to accept us properly. ‘

EX-RAF HAVACI Andy Hill, 60, (depicted in 2019) challenged the decision of Civil Aviation Authority to cancel pilot licenses in the High Court

In August 2015, eleven men were killed when Andrew Hill fell at the Hawker Hunter plane at the Shoreham Airshow in West Sussex.

Earlier this year, Mr. Hill’s attempt to recover his pilot license with legal difficulty was rejected in the high court.

After a two -day hearing in London in October last year, he had a judicial examination months after he lost his appeal.

The decision to appeal the decision was greatly criticized by families who lost their loved ones in the Shoreham Airshow disaster.

64 -year -old Caroline Schilt, whom her 23 -year -old son Jacob died, said: ‘It cannot be proved whether their late challenges are aware of the ultimate pain as they extend the legal process to families.

However, it certainly sounds like a personal blood feud. Hill did not accept any responsibility to kill 11 men as a result of his evil flight.

‘He didn’t regret it, and we don’t believe he’s going to do it.’

While Jacob took the stage at Shoreham Airshow, Hill’s 1950s began to play a remote football match when he entered A27.

He was sitting next to Matt Grimstone, who was killed for playing for Worthing UTD.

Mr. Hill’s lawyers argued that the civil aviation authority had previously decided to stop the 2015 tragedy on the basis of the public’s reaction.

The former British Airways captain was subjected to serious injuries in the accident and almost died on the side of the road.

Caa said before: ‘Andrew Hill’s decision panel of the Civil Aviation Authority, the proposal and Andrew Hill’s licenses will now be officially canceled.

‘In 2015, 11 people died in Shoreham Airshow after the accident of Andrew Hill’s licenses were suspended and since then he could not fly in the UK.

‘Everyone in the UK Civil Aviation Authority remains with those who are affected by the tragic accident.’
