DMRC revises ticket prices from today, longest distance travel to cost Rs…, check new slabs here

In 2017, the DMRC recently revised its wages based on the proposals of the Fourth Wage Fixation Committee (FFC).
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) said that ticket prices will be increased on Monday, August 25th. This means that traveling on Delhi Metro will be more expensive. After increasing the ticket rates in 2017, DMRC did this for the first time in eight years. According to the new wage sign, the review for the longest journey will be 64 RS.
In response to a social media user’s query about ticket prices, DMRC said that all lines will see a small price increase in Re 1 to RS 4.

New wage plates: RS 11 for 0-2km, RS 21 for 2-5 km for 2-5 km, RS 32 for 5-12km, RS 43 for 12-21km, RS 54 for 21-32km and RS 64 beyond 32km.
DMRC also announced various pricing signs for national holidays and Sundays. 0-2 km will cost RS 11; 2-5 km, RS 21; 5-12 km, RS 32; 12-21 km, RS 43; It will cost RS 54 more than 21-32 km and 32 km.
Social Media Users Not Affected
DMRC’s wage price change did not affect social media users and requested a statement for most changes.
“But why are you increasing the fee? What does the facility or benefits that come into force tomorrow?” One user added: “Every day I pay DMRC RS 130 now will be 140 RS. I thought it is stable, but you adjust inflation faster than our salary revision.”

DMRC revised its fees in 2017
