Wayne Rooney: Arsenal’s Max Dowman is the name on everybody’s lips

The difficulty for Dowman is to be grounded as excitement against the potential structures as the profile grows.
“For Max and his family and friends, I’m sure they’re all living in a dream and a fairy tale, and probably not hit the house yet.” He said. “But you can see that your future is very bright, it will have a big future.
“Everyone you talk about in football continues to return the same name: Max Dowman.
“It’s hard for everyone. I think the first thing you need to do is stay around your family and close friends.
“Listen to them because there will be people trying to be your friend or to contact you – some of them for good reasons, some for reasons that are not very good.
“You just have to be sure of people who are closer to you, stay around them, and listen to their advice rather than foreigners.”
In addition to going to the field, Rooney says there are adjustments for a young player who entered the first team.
Rooney, “This surreal. You are in the youth team for a minute and you are in the first team dressing room with your next heroes.” He said.
“For me, some of my heroes were growing, then we train, play, become friends.
“I was at Duncan Ferguson’s house. I was living on the same road with me and I just shudder with him and the field with Stubbs. And you, ‘What’s going on here?’
“This is really something you need to get used to quickly because it can be overwhelming.
“Max Dowman seems to be a very flat -headed young man than anything I see, and I hope he manages to deal with him and understands his way very soon.”
Rooney’s main advice for Dowman comes from the heart.
“Enjoy it. I’m sure we’ll see him too much, most of his talent, goals and assists, whatever,” he said.
“Alan Stubbs always said to me years ago, ‘It goes very fast because make sure you like it’.
“When you are young, you don’t think about it, or sometimes you forget it, but enjoy it and take the best use of it.”
