Savour the Spirit of Kerala with Terra’s Festive Culinary Experiences at Mulberry Shades Bengaluru Nandi Hills

Nandi Hills, Terra Bengaluru in Mulberry Shades, brings Kerala’s festive spirit to the table this September and with two special kitchen experiences celebrating the views, voices and flavors of the season. Honoring the joy of Onam and the spirit of Chingam, guests can spoil a rich in heritage and a generous festive Brunch, each of which defines Kerala’s celebrations.

Between 1-6 September, Terra presents a special consent celebration by the chef Rajiv, who respects Kerala’s timeless kitchen heritage. Presented in the classic Thali style, it exhibits an artistic spice, texture and flavor balance. Pepper Kozhi Milagu Varuval, Tang-Laced Alleppey Fish Curry, Bean Porial and Murungai Sambar dishes sit next to the fluffy boiled ride and cause a sweet nurse with Payasam. Both vegetarian and non -vegetarian options, this Thal, a contemporary but festive mood, which creates a festive mood, accompanied by the fine rhythms of the convincing spirit of Onam.

Celebration on September 7, SIP, dip ‘n’ dine-chingam brunch continues with a more tolerant, all day event. Buffet, Kerala’s spiritual classics, Avial, Kalan, and Koottu Curry, as well as global favorites, create both familiar and exciting tables.
