On Monday, Vijayendra called the State BJP President to reopen the state government to re -open the Soujania murder case in 2012 to re -open the rape and murder to the family of the murder.
Talking in Dharmasthala ‘ hookVijayendra, a program in Dharmasthala, said BJP will support the invasion again. He said that the government had to be acquitted by the case.
Mr. Vijayendra then visited Soujania’s house and met with his mother and other family members.
In 2024, the Supreme Court of Karnataka may indicate that even if it is allowed to re -invest in the case, no purpose cannot be served.
The court rejected a new investigation into a 17 -year -old Soujania case, a Ujire, SDM University College student, near Dharmasthala in Dakshina Kannada.
In addition, the Supreme Court approved the acquittal of the defendants by observing that the court “properly discusses the evidence” in order to conclude that the court “no condition has been proved by the prosecution” against the defendants.
A section of justice of Sreenvas Harish Kumar and Justice JM Khazi, the Central Investigation Office (CBI), the victim’s father Chandappa Gowda, and the acquittal person rejected the petitions opened by Santhosh Rao.
Both Mr. Gowda and Mr. Rao sought directives to the CBI to re -invest the case to monitor real criminals. The CBI applied to appeal against 6 June 2023 and the court court against Mr. Rao.
“… The incident occurred on October 9, 2012. Eyewitnesses did not have witnesses and the case was not dependent on the conditions.
Speaking to Presspersons after meeting with the Soujania family on Monday, BJP State President said that if the family decided to apply for appeal in front of the Supreme Court, the party would cover the court expenses.
