Karnataka Bhovi Development Corporation President S. Ravi Kumar said he would resign after allegations of corruption.
Speaking to the press people in Shivamogga on September 3, Ravi Kumar said that Karnataka Prime Minister Siddaramaiah called him on the phone and asked for the allegations. Im I told him that it was a conspiracy against me. I will resign to the government and the party to avoid shame, ”he said.
Regarding the viral video clip, Ravi Kumar said that the video clip is a doctor and that artificial intelligence vehicles are used as part of the conspiracy.
He claimed that the video was taken in the office and that the recorded speech was a doctor. “I requested an investigation on the whole issue,” he said.
Video Clip
A video clip showing the conversation between a woman and the president has become viral in the last two days. In the clip, Mr. Ravi Kumar spoke about the commission for benefiting the appropriate beneficiaries of a plan in the company. A minister in the clip was also referred to.
As the video became viral, the opposition leaders urged the Karnataka government to order an investigation and take action against the relevant persons.
The president admitted to the video clip. However, he added that only a part of the speech is real, and that some bites were added using artificial intelligence.
Answering a question, the Minister of Social Welfare Hc Mahadevappa was not dependent on conversation in any way.
The company claimed that its officials were part of the conspiracy against him. “Previously, the company had charges of corruption. I brought discipline after assignment and it must have made these officials unhappy,” he added.
