Inter Miami’s Luis Suarez Apologizes After Leagues Cup Spitting Incident

Los Angeles: Miami Advanced Luis Suarez, who spit to a Seattle staff after the final victory of the Sounders’ Leagues Cup on Sunday, apologized for his “behavior” on Thursday in Instagram.

“This was a great tension and disappointment that the things that should not happen immediately after the match, but this did not justify my reaction.”

“I was wrong and sincerely regret.”

Sounders, Lionel Messi, who won eight times in the Lagues Cup final in Lumen Field in Seattle, stunned the Inter side full of stars led by 3-0.
