Charges after man allegedly detained in burning home

A man was accused of withdrawing from a burning house as he was allegedly holding another man.

Both men were dragged from the property in Doonsyide west of Sydney on Thursday morning.

NSW police, after finding a damaged vehicle outside, another was burned in Carport and broken through the door.

The house was burning while the officers took the two men and pulled them out of the burning building.

One of the 45 -year -old men rejected the bail to face the BlackTown Local Court on Monday after being treated on Burns on his back.

He was accused of saving, damaging the property by fire and destroying or damaging properties.

Police claim that a 35 -year -old man in the burning house was detained.

The young man was hospitalized and treated for facial injuries.
