Commissioner Orders Action Against Buildings Violating Permits In Nellore

Nellore:Nellore Municipality Company Commissioner Yo Nandan directed the city planning authorities and the Ward Secretariat Planning Secretaries to the wage statements against the buildings built by violating approved permissions.

The Commissary, who reviewed the weekly meeting of the city planning department at the Command Control Center on Saturday, instructed the authorities to ensure that the owners of the building owners show their approval and sanction plans significantly on the construction site.

He ordered the presentation of notifications to those who could not do this and to open pages against those who violated them in accordance with CO and PO provisions.

Mint also emphasized that buildings used for commercial purposes without occupancy certificate should be defined immediately and notification. He asked the authorities to regularly supervise construction areas, prevent building materials and road rapes and make it necessary to clean the debris on time.

The Commissioner also directed the authorities to identify unauthorized order, to sensitize their owners, and to encourage the government to use the ongoing order regulation plan (LRS).

City Planning officials Murali, Satish, Raghunath Rao, TPBOS and Ward Secretariat Secretariat secretaries attended the meeting.
