Two Drown During Ganesh Idol Immersion

Nellore:On Saturday, a Ganesh immersion became tragic at the Motumala of Kottapatnam Mandal and claimed that there were two lives.

Nagaraju (40) and Palachan (38), both residents of the village of Motumala, drowned on the way back after the immersion ritual on the shore of the Gundamala. Despite the efforts, they could not be saved and their bodies were later rescued. The incident won a pallet gloom on the village.

Reacting to the tragedy, Ongle Mla Damacharla Janardhan Rao expressed deep shock and grief about the death of two dedicated dedicated associated with Telugu Desam. He spoke to the mourning families on the phone, guaranteed his support and wished his condolences.

MLA also resorted to observing all the necessary safety measures to prevent such events in the future during the immersion ceremonies.
