In July, a previous incident was mentioned in July, where Whybrow called another family on the road and found the police on a row, but found that they were abusive against them.

Muhammad described Hasan Whybrow as “arrogant” and said that some neighbors were afraid of him.

“If we say ‘good morning’, no answer, nothing. He was always in martial mode. Everyone tried to stay away from him.”

The following month, after complaining, another letter was sent to Mr. Ahmed’s family and said, ı He guaranteed that they would write to the inhabitants of the apartment to address unacceptable behavior.

However, the residents say that problems continue and more complaints are made.

Whybrow was found guilty at a hearing at Snaresbrook Crown Court, which caused murder and great physical damage last month, but was acquitted of a racial aggravated attack and the threat of killing against Mr. Ahmed.

Judge Shanks, who punished Whybrow, could not say that the attack was racially motivated, but Whybrow said that he exhibited “racial hostility”.

The court heard that Whybrow was convicted of using threatening words and behaviors and having a weapon before, and suffered from post -traumatic stress disorder after a deadly fire in an apartments block.
