Woolworths seafood salad pulled WA shelves due to contamination

A popular salad from Woolworths was urgently withdrawn from the shelves in Western Australia after being contaminated and possibly causing serious illness.

Woolworths Seafood salad was sold in WA stores and online and with signs of use of 11.09.25, 12.09.25, 13.09.25 and 14.09.25.

The salad was remembered after a listeria monocytogenes contamination that may cause serious illness in pregnant women, unborn infants, elderly people and immunities.

“The general population may also be sick of consuming food contaminated with Listeria monocytogen,” he read.

If one is infected with Listeria, Listeriosis, a disease that can cause fever, muscle pain and pain, nausea, diarrhea and fatigue, can be pressed.

Consumers are asked not to eat salads and instead of purchasing for a complete repayment.

“Consumers who are worried about their health should receive medical advice,” he read.
