Strive for Zero-Complaint Objective: Musharraf Faruqui

Haydarabad: Southern Powern distribution company Telangana Limited (TGSPDCL) President and General Manager (CMD) Müşerref Faruqui, assisted engineers at least twice a week, directly interacted with consumers in the field of shanty neighborhoods and colonies, including the ruling of the judiciary to aim for the targeting of zero complaints.
On Friday, a review meeting was held at the Mint compound with approximately 180 ancillary engineers from various parts of Rangarereddy and Medchal regions.
He interacted directly with the auxiliary engineers from the departments that received higher complaints, analyzed the reasons behind and led me to take measures to prevent such problems in the future. He emphasized that employees should interact with consumers in a friendly way and create an environment in which consumers feel comfortable to bring any problems to their attention independently of time.
Müşerref Faruqui emphasized the prioritization of the installation of air -supported cables instead of dangerous fire lines in narrow strips and slums and said that the company simplifies administrative approvals for this purpose.
