‘Tourism on Wheels’ Initiative Draws Crowds Across Telangana

Hyderabad:Telangana Tourism’s innovative outreach initiative, Tourism on Wheels, is based at key tourist locations and stands out in promoting the state’s rich cultural heritage, tourist destinations, handicrafts, cuisine and unique travel experiences directly to the public. According to officials, the campaign highlights eco-tourism destinations, pilgrimage centres, traditional arts, handlooms and GI tagged products while also promoting local tourism and community participation. The program also aims to support local artisans and tourism-based livelihoods by showcasing lesser-known destinations across the state.
