“The Great Trade Meeting in Europe between the United States and China went very well!” Trump published on social media.
“The agreement has been reached in a ‘specific’ company that the young people in our country want to save. They will be very happy! I will talk to President Xi on Friday. The relationship continues to be a very strong person !!!”
Speaking to journalists in Madrid, Bessent described the agreement as a framework instead of a final agreement and refused to share the details.
“We have a framework for the Tiktok agreement. Two leaders, President Trump and Party President XI will talk on Friday to complete the agreement. However, we have a framework for an agreement with Tiktok,” he said.
“The framework is the transition of the US to controlled property. We will not talk about the commercial conditions of the agreement. Between these two private parties. However, an agreement was reached on commercial conditions.”
Negotiations also aimed to solve disputes on the supply of trade, tariffs and critical minerals between the US and China. Trump initially stopped trade with a tariff of 145 percent in exports to China, but the negotiations continued to reduce it to 30 percent.
The current “pause ında in high tariffs will end on November 10, but the US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer, who attended the meeting, said that the deadline could be expanded again.
