Benjamin Swann: Melbourne man admits he killed infant boy

In January last year, a Melbourne man admitted that he was responsible for the injury of a baby baby with critical injuries.

31 -year -old Benjamin Joseph Swann faced the Victoria Supreme Court in the afternoon of Wednesday, and a single child was found guilty of murder.

A new indictment was told that it was opened by prosecutors on Monday on the accusation of a child murder.

Hillside was initially accused of murder on February 8 after he died at the Royal Children’s Hospital on January 20th.

The baby was found with unresponsive and serious head injuries in a house in Werribe, southwest of the city.

Swann was not biologically associated with the child, but at that time the child was in a relationship with his mother.

Although Swann’s lawyer Rishi Nathwani Kc said that defense and prosecutors “concluded” the summary of the events to be read, the details of the occurrence were not published in the court.

Swann was detained by James Gorton before a hearing on October 28th.
