Nitish Kumar meets Amit Shah; Shah to interact with BJP leaders and workers

A JD (U) leader, Bihar Prime Minister Nitish Kumar, met with Union Interior Minister Amit Shah in Patna on Thursday, September 18, 2025.

Mr. Kumar, who is also the President of JD (U), met with BJP workers in Dehri-on-Son in Rohtas and with Mr. Shah before his meeting with Begusarai later on the day.

JD (U) leader said, “A courtesy meeting.” JD (U) is the alliance partner of Nda, and the parliamentary elections in Bihar will be held later this year.

A BJP leader said that Mr. Shah, who came to Patna on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, would interact with BJP leaders and workers in Rohtas and Begusarai regions on Thursday, September 18, 2025.

State BJP President Dilip Jaiswal said that on Wednesday, Mr. Shah was planned to interact with workers and leaders from 10 districts in the Magadh-Shhabad region in Dehri-On-Son, 50 km away from the state capital.

Jaiswal, Union Minister Giriraj Singh’s Lok Sabha Election Zone Begusarai Mr. Shah, Mr. Shah will interact with party workers and leaders, he said.
