Wanaparthy Revenue Inspector, Surveyor in ACB Net

Haydarabad: The Anti -Corruption Office (ACB) filed a lawsuit against the income inspector and mandal surveyor at Kothakota Mandal in the Wanaparthy region on Thursday for demanding bribery from a complaint.
The case was reserved in accordance with the 7 (A) section of the Law on Prevention of Corruption for demanding the amount of RBS, the income inspector C. Vasu and Mandal Surveyor G. Naveen Reddy. 40,000 from the complaint for doing an official favor.
The bribery was asked to make an investigation into the land of the complainant’s relatives and to provide a Panchanama report for the Correct Certificate (ORC) to the Collection.
ACB officials said that both civil servants have fulfilled their duties in an inappropriate and honest way, which constitutes a crime that can be punished under the PC law. For this reason, both civil servants are arrested and produced before the additional judge for the ACB cases in Nampally.
