New Delhi, July 12 (PTI) Air India flight of London AI171, 32 seconds after taking off from Ahmedabad on June 12, fell to both engines after the supply of fuel to both engines. A preliminary report found that mixed pilots could not restore pushing on time.

Immediately, both the engine 1 and the engine 2 fuel cutting switches pass from the run to the cutting positions with one second intervals. As the fuel supply is cut, the motors begin to slow down.
