According to Firstpost, the ‘Dangal’ star has an estimated net worth of over 1,862 crore (more than US$ 200 million). His wealth comes from multiple income streams, including acting, film production, brand endorsements, royalties from blockbuster movies, and real estate investments.

His sea-facing master flat in Mumbai’s posh Pali Hill is reportedly worth Rs 60 crore. He also owns another luxury flat in the same neighborhood, which was purchased for 9.75 million rupees.
The actor’s assets in Mumbai reportedly include flats in Hill View, Bella Vista and Marina Apartments, along with 12 units in Virgo Cooperative Housing Society and four units in Wilnomona Apartments. Away from the city, Aamir owns a Rs 7-crore farmhouse in Panchgani and another mansion in Bandra, said to be worth Rs 60 crore.
The actor also revealed that he owns around 22 ancestral houses in Shahabad, Uttar Pradesh, and bought them back from relatives due to their sentimental importance.
Talking about the decision earlier, Aamir said, “It was an emotional decision. I haven’t spent much time in Shahabad but this is my ancestral home and there is a bond. When I heard that some of my cousins want to sell their houses as they have moved on with their lives, I expressed my desire to buy it back from them. I have said this before and I reiterate that I will definitely try farming one day. This land is ideal for farming and I want to go to Shahabad and give Farming a try.”
According to reports, the actor also owns a house in Beverly Hills worth around Rs 75 million, adding an international address to his growing property portfolio.
From Rolls-Royce to Bentley: Aamir Khan’s luxury garage
Aamir’s passion for luxury extends to his impressive collection of premium cars.
According to GQ, his garage includes a Rolls-Royce Ghost worth between Rs 6.95 crore and Rs 7.95 crore, a Mercedes-Benz S600 worth Rs 10.5 crore, and a Bentley Continental Flying Spur priced between Rs 5.25 crore and Rs 7.60 crore.
His car collection, along with many other luxury vehicles, is reportedly worth more than Rs 27 billion.
Aamir Khan turns a new page with Gauri Spratt
The actor married Gauri Spratt, who has been in a relationship for over two years, in a private ceremony at his home in Bandra on Sunday. The intimate wedding was attended by close family members, friends and children from previous relationships.
Aamir was previously married to Reena Dutta, with whom he shares two children, Junaid Khan and Ira Khan. The couple separated in 2002. He later married filmmaker Kiran Rao in 2005, and the duo announced their separation in 2021 as they continued to co-parent their son Azad Rao Khan.
The superstar introduced Gauri Spratt to the public at his 60th birthday celebrations last year, and the couple has largely kept their relationship out of the public eye since then.
