Defendant talks his way into extra time

A Ashland man with a long rap page Catlettsburg will probably not make a more secret promise for a judge who sits after getting fast results on Thursday.

After cleaning some of the confusion among two defendants with the same name, 41 -year -old Jeffrey A. Horn approached a podium in Boyd District Detention Center, a bait in front of Boyd Circuit Judge John Vincent.

HURN took part in a total of six cases accusing a few different crimes such as property theft, fentanyl smuggling, an immoral danger of a police officer and having a pistol as a convicted criminal.

The first job order for the judge Vincent was to determine whether Horn was a lawyer, Horn said he had previously thought that he had hired a local lawyer – but he lacked the courtroom and made a telephone conversation to his office and learned that there was no case.

Vincent, HURN lawyer John Thompson’u Public advocacy department before appointing Horn, recently released from a local intensive care unit because of the need for medical care, but the judge was held on the bond and the prison’s medical needs and said that he can carry the medical needs of the prison.

Apparently Horn, who is not satisfied with the reaction of the judge, told Vincent, “What is your name?” He asked.

Ignoring the question, Vincent began to resonate every case and the accusations associated with them, but HURN said to the judiciary, “half of these cases are not mine, but Vincent determined that Horn had previously determined the name and date of birth of Horn before.

HURN, “These are not my cases. I said that 10 minutes ago,” he was interrupted.

In the middle of Vincent, he read about 25 of Horn’s alleged charges, and thompson claimed that he was not guilty of each, Horn returned from the podium and walked to the exit of the prison’s holding room.

Vincent ordered a prison to take Horn back to the podium and the judge to Hurn, “What do you want?” He asked him to ask.

On the other hand, Vincent has a common punishment for the defendants who disrespected the court – a common punishment for the defendants who disrupt the court or show disrespectful to the authority of the court – for any other sentence that Horn could take in the future, and ordered Horn to cancel any privilege behind the rods for a clear time.

Horn will appear before the judge Vincent for a conference before the trial on August 14th.
