ABC staff set to strike for the first time since 2006

ABC staff look set to go on strike for the first time in 20 years after a staff vote concluded on Sunday.

60 per cent of staff who voted were against ABC’s pay offer, which included a $1000 pay sweetener from management; 40 percent voted in favor of the administration’s proposal – 395 votes short of a majority.
