Seven high-profile people have sued the publisher of the Daily Mail, alleging illegal doxxing in its headlines.

The group has filed a lawsuit against Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL), accusing it of engaging in or commissioning illegal activities such as hiring private detectives to plant listening devices in cars or “spoofing” private recordings.

ANL firmly denies the “preposterous” allegations, which have been on trial in London for nine weeks.

Prince Harry felt ‘incredibly paranoid’ after book publisher Daily Mail A major lawsuit was rumored to be filed against the company, which was said to be tracking her “every move, thought or feeling.”

The Duke of Sussex said the methods allegedly used by Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL) – including obtaining flight details and monitoring ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy’s phone calls – had put “huge strain” on his personal relationships and created “mistrust and suspicion”.

King Charles’ young son was joined by Sir Elton John and the singer’s husband David Furnish, campaigner and Labor member Doreen Lawrence, politician Sir Simon Hughes and actors Sadie Frost and Liz Hurley, who accused ANL of “clear systematic and sustained use of illegal information gathering”.
