Ministry of Justice The Epstein files database contains notes and memos from FBI interviews, including those of a woman who alleges President Donald Trump sexually assaulted her when she was a minor, that have not been made public, MS NOW reported Tuesday.
Citing a source who reviewed unredacted documents, MS NOW reported that the woman interviewed by the FBI in July 2019 about allegations against convicted sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein claimed that “Trump forced her to perform oral sex on him 35 years ago, when he was 13 or 14, and then hit her.”
“This claim is contained in a 2025 PowerPoint presentation detailing each of the FBI’s investigations into Epstein and a spreadsheet of unconfirmed tips called into the bureau’s National Threat Operations Center reviewed by MS NOW,” the source reported. “MS NOW found that of at least four interviews the FBI conducted with the woman related to the Epstein investigations, only one note (and no handwritten notes) appeared on the Justice Department site.”
MS NOW’s report comes just hours after NPR first reported that the Justice Department had withheld files related to allegations that Trump sexually abused a minor from the public database of Epstein papers.
The DOJ “also removed from its public database some documents that implicated Trump in the charges against Jeffrey Epstein,” NPR reported.
A law signed by Trump in late 2025 requires the Justice Department to publicly release, with few exceptions, all investigative files related to Epstein, who killed himself in a New York City federal prison in August 2019, weeks after his arrest on federal child sex trafficking charges.
Trump is a former friend of Epstein. The two broke up in the early 2000s. The president has never been criminally charged in connection with an Epstein survivor’s allegation.
Trump said last week that the Epstein files “completely exonerate” him.
Representative Robert GarciaD-Calif., one expression “For the past several weeks, Oversight Democrats have been investigating the FBI’s handling of sexual assault allegations made against President Donald Trump by a survivor in 2019,” she said in a statement Tuesday.
“Yesterday, I reviewed unredacted evidence records at the Justice Department. Oversight Democrats can confirm that the Justice Department illegally withheld FBI interviews with this survivor who accused President Trump of heinous crimes,” Garcia, the top Democrat, said. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
“Oversight Democrats will launch a parallel investigation into this matter.”
Garcia also said that “these records must be shared immediately with Congress and the American public” due to a previously issued subpoena by the Oversight Committee and the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
“Concealing direct evidence of a possible attack by the President of the United States is the most serious possible crime in the White House cover-up,” he said.
When contacted by CNBC for comment, the Department of Justice stated: a post on x He responded to Garcia’s statement.
“@OversightDems The post stated that they should stop misleading the public while generating radical anti-Trump grassroots outrage.@TheJusticeDept he said publicly AND directly many times @NPR before the deadline – NOTHING was deleted. “If files are temporarily retrieved for victims to redact or remove Personally Identifiable Information, those documents will immediately be restored online and made publicly available.”
“ALL sensitive documents have been produced unless a document falls into one of the following categories: copies, privileged, or part of an ongoing federal investigation,” the DOJ said.
The White House referred CNBC to the Justice Department’s X post when asked for comment.
Last week, a reporter asked Trump about the arrest of former British prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor by police in the United Kingdom on suspicion of abuse of public office.
This arrest was made by King George III. It is believed to be related to an investigation into whether Mountbatten-Windsor, Charles’ younger brother, shared confidential business reports with Epstein.
Regarding the arrest, Trump said, “I’m kind of an expert because I was completely cleared. That’s nice. I can actually talk very nicely about it.”
“I think it’s a shame. I didn’t do anything,” the president said.
