Accused double killer winks, smiles in court
Judd looked around the room during a short hearing and said he understood what was going on for the peace judgment.
Defense lawyer Annie Allen accepted the delay, but said that his client was in custody for the first time.
Allen also asked his client to follow the drug and physical health problems by a custody nurse.
Johanna Metcalf, the judge of peace, gave the extension of the time and ordered Judd to return to court in January.
Metcalf said he would appear through the video link at the next hearing.
“Well, Mr. Judd, so I’m allowing you to see you to see a commitment for a commitment conference on January 13th next year at the Melbourne Magistrate Criminal Court next year.”
“Today there is no application for bail, so you are detained.
“Do you understand all of this?”
Judd crossed his arms and said, “Yes, I will.” He replied.
The officers were called to his home in Adrienne Crescent on Waverley Mountain in southeast of Melbourne, and on Monday, they found Georgopoulos and Gunn inside shortly after 22.00.

The police said it was a targeted and violent attack.
About four hours later, Judd was arrested at the Westall train station with two large dogs.
