We hope that ACT senator David Pocock, who sits on the National Capital’s federal joint standing committee, will insist on at least a public cost-benefit study for phase 2B. Unfortunately, Labor’s Alicia Payne, who chairs the committee, and Senator Katy Gallagher, who first facilitated the project, have so far toeed ACT Labor’s line rather than properly analyzing the proposed extension to Woden.
