Ahead of his Rajya Sabha oath-taking ceremony, Kamal Haasan meets friend Rajinikanth; see viral photos
Rajinikanth congratulated Kamal Haasan and offered him a bouquet of flowers because he would swear as a parliamentary member in Rajya Sabha on 25 July.

In addition to being a Tamil superstar, Kamal Haasan is the founder of Makkal Needhi Maiyam. He was among the six candidates who were not elected to Rajya Sabha from Tamil Nadu. DMK (Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam) chose three candidates who allocated a seat to Haasan in accordance with the previous agreement between the two sides.
Haasan will swear on July 25 as a parliamentary member in Rajya Sabha. Before the oath ceremony, he has long been introduced to his friend and a superstar other than Tamil film industry Rajinikanth. The Jailer player congratulated the Indian actor with a bouquet of flower and handwriting note, as seen in the pictures shared by two legendary actors.
Kamal Haasan, who went to the X (Old Twitter) account, shared a lot of photos from his meetings and “I shared the new journey with @rajinikanth. I am happy.” Rajinikanth shared a picture of Haasan with a bouquet and wrote to X, “Congratulations to my dear friend @İkamalhaasan, who is about to swear as a member of Rajya Sabha.”
