Air force base in Idaho locked down after air show incident, officials say | US military

An investigation is ongoing following an incident at an air show at Mountain Home air force base in western Idaho on Sunday, a spokesman told Reuters.

Organizers say the popular air show, which includes flying demonstrations, is a celebration of aviation history and a look at the capabilities of modern air forces.

The air show’s official site lists the E/A-18G “Vikings” Growler demo team as one of the scheduled performers.
