The political activity of N. Ramachander Rao, the new president of the Bharatia Janata Party (BJP) Telangana Unit, dates back to 1977, when Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) served as a state administrator. Mr. Rao, who supported Sangh while being elected to the task, rose from the ranks. Between 1980 and 82, Mr. Rao served as Bharatia Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) and BJP – Haydarabad City.
He was born on April 27, 1959, won a license from Osmania University in 1980 and MA in 1982. RAO is a 1982-85 party law student.

The senior defender enrolled as an advocate in 1986 and started to implement in the regional and session courts in Haydarabad and worked mainly at the Nampall and the High Court of TaLangana (the Supreme Court of Andhra Pradesh).
