Alleged ‘con queen of Hollywood’, Hargobind Tahilramani, loses High Court challenge against extradition

After allegedly imitating the film administrators and defrauding hundreds of people, a man nicknamed “Hollywood’s Con queen” lost a court proposal to challenge the return to the United States.
For seven years, more than 300 victims are accused of joining more than 300 victims, including actors, scriptwriters and photographers for seven years.
Tahilramani’s entertainment industry professionals are allegedly convinced to travel to Indonesia at their own expense for projects.
Later, they were allegedly accusing unpaid expenses.
In the 45 -year -old US, he is asked to face eight charges, including conspiracy, two wire frauds and five -point aggravated identity theft to make wire fraud.
In 2022, he faced the return transactions and in June 2023, the Chief Magistrate Judge Paul Goldspring approved the return of Tahilramani by the Minister of the Interior.
Tahilramani objected to the Supreme Court in London in April.
Judge Mr. Justice Sweeting rejected the offer on Tuesday with a decision.
Tahilramani’s lawyers argued that the chief peace judge was wrong to allow him to be returned considering the mental health and suicide risk.
They also said that it was wrong to find that the return of the Judge’s Tahilramani would be compatible with human rights, considering the risk of humiliating treatment, including inhuman and sexual assault.
Mr. Justice Sweeting said in a 28 -page decision: “The applicant’s case will be imprisoned in almost protective detainees due to his case, sexual orientation and inefficient attitudes.”
The judge found that the differences in the treatment that Tahilramani may encounter in prison would aim to prevent the violence between prisoners and that the previous judiciary was the right to “be repressive to return it because of his physical or mental state”.
Mr. Justice Sweeting said, “Even if it is established by the applicant, it will be related to protective measures taken due to fragility, not as a result of a discriminatory intention or practice based on sexual orientation.
“Such measures… It is not inhuman or insulting and serves a legitimate purpose within the US criminal system.”
