Alva Beach case:
A former senior police officer who responded to a bloody double murder on a North Queensland beach on the night of drunkenness and drunkenness criticized the investigation and the coronal investigation inadequate.
The sergeant Justin Luke, who moved at that time, fired a four -year legal struggle for the re -examination of the families and the case of two men killed in Alva Beach in 2018.
“I think they were torn, or he says.
“I think some police didn’t want me to say what I had to say.
Luke’s comments are part of a partner 60 minutes And Nine podcast investigation– Thomas Davy and Corey Christen’s parents are demanding a second investigation into the deaths of their sons.
27 -year -old Davy and 37 -year -old father Christensen, a series of confusing and drunk events after the 19 -year -old Dean Webber was stabbed to Alva Beach property.
Now it is claimed that the real and scared account of Webber is believed to be believed to be appropriately taken into consideration of the judicial evidence that contradicts the parts of the self -defense story.
Unlike Webber’s account, there is no suggestion, instead of not testing evidence at all.

A former peace judge and Coroner described the first investigation in 2020 as “injustice ..
The investigation discussed the cross -examination of Webber about the inconsistencies due to the trauma from the night.
“I have never seen such conditions before, Dav says 22 -year retired magistrate judge and now the Dean of Southern Cross University, David Heilpern.
“The knife left a great gap not being able to test the evidence of Wielder.
“The coronal investigation was designed to polish as much light as possible in these dark places, and it is difficult to see how this primary function has been fulfilled without testing the evidence.”
On the night of September 30, 2018, it was blocked by lies, drunk confusion and possible decoration.

Davy went to Alva Beach with 29 -year -old Candice Locke.
After meeting with Christensen and his local friend Louis Bengoa, they were invited to an open -air NRL Grand Final Party.
During the party, Locke got drunk and fought a angry Davy who left him to sleep in his car.
Later on a buggy journey with drunk Bengoa, he was either pushed or fell, and broke his arm in three places.
Locke was later hiding from Bengoa before he found Christensen to help. Before he escaped, he returned to Buggy with both because they didn’t take their injuries seriously.

Before he told him that bad people hurt him, he hit the Webber’s door – a complete stranger -.
When Bengoa and Christenn tried to remove Davy’s Locke from the Webber’s residence, the tensions increased so much that the Webber called itself three times the triple zero and claimed that men were shouting threats.
When they were forced to open their door, a conflict ended with Webber’s stabbing both Christensen and Davy.
The scenario worsened because the police took almost an hour to answer, because they didn’t take Webber’s concerns seriously.
The police ultimately managed self -defense actions and did not press the accusations. However, at the center of the doubts that are now on the agenda, the claim that Webber’s three men entered and attacked him contradicts the judicial blood evidence that only plays Davy.
Dean Webber was 19 years old on the night of death in Alva Beach.
Not only that, but also the only person who says he is threatening.
The debate from Davy and Christenn families and lawyers is that Webber may have stabbed Christensen just outside his gate and that Davy may have made retaliation.
Aside from speculation, Luke, one of the first policemen at the scene that night and helped to interview Webber’s police station, believed that the investigation could not reach the whole truth.
Former acting sergeant, “I did not feel all the right questions,” he said.
“I think you have the opportunity to interview a suspect, but some difficult questions should be asked.”
He said Webber’s account was not forced enough.
“Forensic Medicine had not passed through the house, L Luke said.

Im We didn’t think of the blood outside.
“Two people have lost their lives and seem to have a very quick view, and everything seems to have to follow this view.”
Webber had no suggestions that he lied, just his story, a coronal investigation, was not tested from an investigation into two deaths to the expected point.
Gavin Neal, the leading detective of the case, insisted that there was nothing to learn. He retired now, he said Webber’s story was checking.
“We can’t just go, ‘Well, this may have been or that may happen,’ he says. “We should be able to prove them beyond reasonable suspicion.
“The evidence was not there.
Davy’s parents Neil and Heather said they had never had a fair day in court.
Neil Davy said, “Failures have been like a domino effect since the beginning,” he says.
“We need to work for the law. We need it to reach an appropriate conclusion. We need to go to court and people in this court need to examine what it is.”
Heather Davy said he wanted it since the beginning of the family.
“We think that if something tragic in Australia is a tragic thing, the justice system will work for you, or he says. “Well, not.”
