When AMA House took over the fund, its NABERS rating was only 3.0 stars. Now, the rating has increased to 5.5 stars, thanks in part to the installation of a 95-kilowatt behind-the-meter solar system installed in June 2023. According to EG Funds, total energy consumption was halved and annual operational emissions were reduced by 75 percent.
