Britain is now experiencing its hottest June on record as temperatures soar 34C.
So Amanda Holden thought of the best way to stay cool and stripped down to a tiny piece or two on Saturday.
The 55-year-old presenter looked stunning in a red Melissa Odabash bikini on the garden swing, showing off her toned abs and long legs.
Sharing the post on Instagram, Amanda revealed that she spent the day with swimsuit designer and mutual friend Alesha Dixon.
He wrote the following note under the photo:’The most beautiful day in this beautiful weather! Of course I wear @melissaodabash.
‘Scroll to see the bikini queen with my darling @aleshaofficial – what an amazing lunch together – with our girls.’

Earlier in the week, Amanda found another new way to cool off in the heat and took a tumble. Heart Radio co-host had a bucket of ice-cold water poured over him Jamie Theakston On Thursday, the two played a game on live broadcast.
With four buckets to choose from and three buckets containing heart-shaped confetti, Jamie managed to escape the ice bucket twice before getting soaked on the third attempt.
Amanda looked to be having a great time as she dunked her co-host into the freezing water before cheering at the end.
Heart wrote on Instagram to share the video: ‘We think @noholdenback is enjoying this a little too much…’
Amanda looked gorgeous for the radio show, opting for a chic long blue dress and white heels.
Meanwhile, Jamie showed his support for England by wearing a football jersey at the World Cup.
Amanda has previously cheered on the Three Lions when the team’s football team appeared on Heart Radio Breakfast last week.
The presenter added her own touch of glamor to the official 2026 Nike jersey with white stilettos.
Amanda posed for a series of World Cup-themed photos alongside presenters Jamie and Ashley Roberts.
Earlier in the week, Amanda found another new way to cool off in the heat by pouring a bucket of ice-cold water over Heart Radio co-host Jamie Theakston on Thursday.

Arizona-born 44-year-old Ashley wore the USA jersey, which she paired with white Louboutin heels. The presenter, who has lived in England for the last 14 years, later showed his support for England by wearing the team’s jersey.
Meanwhile, Jamie was dressed as an England goalkeeper in a nod to his Football Aid days.

Amanda has always been a big supporter of the national football team and has previously played for England in past tournaments.
At club level, the presenter has been a lifelong Everton FC fan.
