Andhra Pradesh: Two persons killed in road accident on Gammon bridge in Rajamahendravaram

Two people died on the spot after a two-wheeler was hit from behind by a truck on the Gammon bridge over the Godavari river in the early hours of Wednesday, February 3, 2026.

The incident took place while he was on his way to Rajamahendravaram city. It is thought that the cause of the accident was fog.

According to Kovvur police, the deceased were identified as Koti (36) and T. Chinna Subba Rao, 40.

The bodies were taken to the government hospital in Rajamahendravaram city for autopsy. Kovvur police launched an investigation into the incident.
