An email from the bombshell Jeffrey Epstein files appears to confirm that disgraced Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor had “consensual sex” with Virginia Giuffre, the woman accusing him of harassment and whom he claims he has never met. Ms Giuffre, formerly known as Virginia Roberts (née), was one of the most prominent accusers of convicted sex offenders and also campaigned for victims of sex trafficking.
In 2015, she filed a defamation lawsuit against Epstein, alongside former British socialite and convicted sex offender Ghislaine Maxwell, alleging that he sex-trafficked her in 2000 when she was just 16 years old. Ms. Giuffre, who died by suicide last April, also alleged that Epstein forced her to have sex with the former Duke of York on three occasions in New York, London and the US Virgin Islands when she was 17. Andrew has repeatedly and vehemently denied the allegations but settled a lawsuit with her in 2022 for an undisclosed amount without admitting any liability.
During the disastrous 2019 BBC News Night interview, the former prince said of Ms. Giuffre: “I have no recollection of ever meeting this lady, whatsoever.”

A 2015 email exchange between Epstein and former New York Times financial reporter Landon Thomas Jr. appears to confirm at least one of Andrew’s alleged sexual relationships with Ms. Giuffre.
In the email dated January 16, 2015, the two men appear to discuss Epstein’s reputation taking a hit and what he could do to benefit himself, with the journalist suggesting that Epstein had distanced himself from Andrew.
The journalist says: “I can see why a statement might help in some way – but it is Andrew (sic) who keeps the story alive (sic) Andrew (not Clinton et al.) Until you come forward and say the story continues.”
“I mean, in the end he [Andrew] I had consensual sex with VR [Virginia Robers/Giuffre]. And VR worked for you. The rest is atmospheric.
“You’ve moved on! People don’t know that, and they can’t accept it unless you say it.”
In the email exchange, the convicted pedophile does not appear to dispute the journalist’s claims that Andrew had sex with Ms. Giuffre.

Another email in the three million documents released by the US Department of Justice was revealed to contradict Andrew’s claims about his harasser.
Also in January 2015, an email exchange between Epstein and Maxwell appears to show Epstein’s accomplice saying he introduced Andrew to Ms. Giuffre, whom he claimed he had never met before, and “put it on the record as fact” that a photo was taken at his London home.
The draft statement written by Maxwell and sent to Epstein included the following lines: “While in London in 2001, I met several friends, including (redacted) Prince Andrew.
“A picture was taken that I think he wanted to show to his friends and family.”
Andrew denied meeting Ms. Giuffre in a 2019 interview and suggested the photo, or part of it, may have been fake.
He claimed he was in a Pizza Express in Woking and said at the time: “No one can prove whether that photo has been doctored, but I don’t remember that photo being taken.”
Andrew has not commented on the latest explosive Epstein files and his office has been contacted for comment.
